Expanding Your Work Capabilities.

All new associates at O&B partake in an extensive orientation program that introduces them to firm committees, administrative procedures, and administrative personnel as well as providing IT training for the firm's technology infrastructure.

We firmly believe in offering the most comprehensive training possible to our new Associates and work hard to give them multiple opportunities to gain practical experience under the tutelage of our more senior attorneys. From the outset our associates have direct client contact and file responsibility. Our Junior attorneys will handle some of their own cases while also working on more complex cases with our senior attorneys. We believe that this unique combination file responsibility and one-on-one training allows our new attorneys to rapidly acquire new skills early in their professional development.
