An extensive orientation program is provided to new attorneys at Ohrenstein & Brown. The program introduces new attorneys to firm committees, administrative procedures and personnel, and additionally includes training in all of our information technology systems.
Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our comprehensive training of attorneys. We believe in maximizing the responsibilities assigned to our newest attorneys, and do not confine them to the library in the early stages of their career. Rather, they are given the opportunity to obtain practical experience under the supervision of more senior attorneys. New associates are afforded both direct client contact and file responsibility from the outset of their association with the firm. Junior attorneys can expect to handle their own cases while simultaneously working on complex cases with more senior attorneys. The unique combination of file responsibility and one-on-one training provides new attorneys with rapid professional development and the acquisition of skills early in their career. |
