Our associates are our future and we believe we are obligated to provide mentoring, training support and feedback in order to allow them to reach their potential.
As soon as an associate joins Ohrenstein & Brown, LLP, he or she is assigned a mentor to help them learn how the firm works and to provide them with someone outside the formal administrative structure to turn to for guidance. Mentors are available to answer questions about substantive matters, coordination issues, administrative processes, and any other problems an associate may face in day-to-day practice. The mentoring program is enormously popular with both partners and associates. We believe that the close working relationships that result significantly enhance our associates' professional development. |
