Our attorneys successfully litigated a series of cases protecting the intellectual property (principally software and related trade secrets) of a relatively small hardware manufacturer at a time when the law in this area was initially developing. We were successful in preventing the exploitation by others of this, the most valuable property of information technology companies, and obtained damages and significant settlements from a number of industry heavyweights. We also defended companies that distribute electronic information on disks and over the Internet against claims of copyright infringement.

We provide general business and corporate advice to several traditional computer technology and Internet based companies, including negotiating transactions on behalf of several domestic and internationally based Internet companies.
