Nurturing Talent Is Our Specialty

As part of our commitment to nurturing our attorneys' professional development, we've developed a mentoring program that offers Associates ongoing training, support, and feedback. As each Associate joins the O&B team he or she is assigned a mentor within the firm to help them learn how our organization works. An Associate's assigned mentor is a more seasoned member of the firm outside the formal administrative structure to whom they can turn for guidance. An Associate's mentor will answer questions about substantive matters, coordination issues, administrative processes, and any other problems he or she may face in day-to-day practice. The close working relationships that emerge from our mentoring program not only nurture our Associates' professional development, but also reinforce the strong cohesive nature of our firm.
