O&B in cooperation with the Association of Corporate Counsel is planning a unique employment-related presentation on Tuesday, February 26th at 8:30 a.m in our Garden City, Long Island office.

During this 1-hour CLE program, we will examine the risks and liabilities associated with employing a non-permanent workforce that includes off-site, temporary and outsourced employees. The speakers will present ways to identify and minimize those risks including a segment on ethical issues that may arise during the hiring process. Speakers will be O&B's Matthew Bryant and Mark Ricca, Executive V.P. and General Counsel of New York Community Bancorp.
