BRIAN M. GERSTEIN

Brian represents clients in commercial litigation, municipal court criminal defense and appellate practice. He received his B.A. degree with High Distinction from the University of Michigan in 1991 and his J.D., cum laude from the Seton Hall University School of Law in 1994. He was a member of the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal from 1992-1994 and the recipient of the Chicago Title Insurance Real Property Award in 1994. His experience includes clerking for the Honorable Edward R. Schwartz, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. He was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1994 and New York in 1996. He also is a member of the Essex County, New Jersey State and American Bar Associations.
