Kimberlee Abraham focuses her practice on all aspects of complex civil litigation. Her experience includes multi-action litigation concerning disputes between risk management programs and their shareholders involving breach of fiduciary duty and accounting issues. She also helped develop strategic plans and managed trial preparation for a $400 million residual value insurance coverage litigation.
Kimberlee left O&B for a brief period to assist The American Red Cross in their efforts on behalf of Hurricane Katrina victims. She managed all aspects of their family reunification project including staff housing for over 300 volunteers in post-Katrina Louisiana.
