Matt Bryant represents regional and national businesses and non-profit organizations in complex commercial and coverage litigation matters. Matt counsels clients on a variety of business-related issues with a particular emphasis on fraud, civil RICO, business torts, employment and contracts.

As part of his practice, Matt routinely updates clients on current issues and decisions impacting their businesses; writing on such topics as the updates to the New Federal Rules on the management of electronic evidence, risks associated with employee outsourcing programs, and pertinent State and Supreme Court rulings.

Matt is a 1998 graduate of The University of Oregon, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Russian. He graduated George Washington University School of Law with honors in 2002. He was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 2003.
