Dina Staple joined Ohrenstein & Brown in March 2005, and practices law in the following areas: appeals, casualty defense, construction litigation, medical malpractice and products liability. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for an AV rated defense firm since her admission to the New York State Bar in December 2000. She is a member of the Women In The Law Committee of the New York State Bar Association for which she is the Co-Chair of The Membership Subcommittee.

Dina earned her law degree from the City University of New York School of Law in May 2000. While in law school, she served as an editor of the New York City Law Review and participated in internships at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Supreme Court, Queens County and The Legal Aid Society.

In 1991, Dina received her bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Albany where she was on the Dean's List and was one of the few selected students to participate in the criminal justice program as a result of her academic achievements.
