• Mineola train station is located on Front Street and Mineola Boulevard , one block north of Old Country Road

• Then walk, going Southeast on Mineola Boulevard toward Jackson Avenue . Mineola Boulevard becomes Franklin Avenue

• 1010 Franklin Avenue is located between 10th and 11th Streets

LIRR Hempstead line to Garden City Train Station (Yellow Line)

• 7th Street between Hilton and Cathedral Avenues

• Then walk, going South on Park Avenue toward 6^th Street

• Make a left on 6^th Street going north toward Franklin Avenue

• Turn left on Franklin Avenue

• 1010 Franklin Avenue is located between 10th and 11th Streets

By Car

From Westchester take Throgs Neck Bridge or Whitestone Bridge to Cross Island Parkway South . Take Cross Island Parkway to either the Long Island Expressway East or Grand Central Parkway East (Northern State Parkway East ).

Long Island Expressway (L.I.E.) from New York City

• Take L.I.E. East to Exit 35 Shelter Rock Road (South). Turn right onto Shelter Rock Road

• Take Shelter Rock Road to Herrick's Road

• Turn right onto Herrick's Road

• Take Herrick's Road (cross Hillside Avenue , Jericho Turnpike and railroad trestle)

• Bear left at fork onto Old Country Road

• From Old Country Road turn right onto Franklin Avenue

• From Franklin Avenue turn right onto 11th Street (Sears on left corner)

• 1010 Franklin Avenue is located between 10th and 11th Streets

• Immediate left into parking lot behind building

Grand Central Parkway / Northern State Parkway from New York City

• Take Grand Central Parkway East (which becomes Northern State Parkway ) to Exit 27S-Shelter Rock Road (South)

• Take Shelter Rock Road to Herrick's Road

• Turn right onto Herrick's Road

• Take Herrick's Road (cross Hillside Avenue , Jericho Turnpike and railroad trestle)

• Bear left at fork onto Old Country Road

• From Old Country Road turn right onto Franklin Avenue

• From Franklin Avenue turn right onto 11th Street (Sears on left corner)

Southern State Parkway from New York City

• Take the Southern State Parkway to Exit 19N ( Peninsula Boulevard North )

• Take Peninsula a few blocks; make a left onto President Avenue

• President Avenue will become Cathedral Avenue

• Immediately after you pass over the railroad tracks, continue to the 2nd light. Turn right onto Cherry Valley Avenue , which becomes 11th Street

• Continue on 11th Street to the first parking lot on your right (just before the intersection of Franklin Avenue )

Long Island Expressway from Eastern Long Island

• Long Island Expressway West to Exit 37 Willis Avenue South

• Turn right onto Old Country Road
